Enjoy majestic nature coupled with yoga, meditation, and breath-taking views. This unique experience is made for all levels of yogis and hikers.
I’m a certified and highly trained yogi and accommodate sessions for beginner yogis all the way to elite athletes.
All ages and ability levels are welcome.
The hike is a total of 2 hours longs. This includes the hike round trip and 1 hour of Yoga.
I curate a custom playlist to listen to as we hike to our yoga destination. Once we get to the location we begin a themed session depending on the hike that is planned for the month you attend. We end with meditation and enjoy nature as we hike back to where we began.

I would love to help you correct that experience by offering small group sessions. In a small group session, you can engage with the practice without the chaos of a full classroom and the judgement of other attendees.

In a one-on-one session we will work with the type of yoga that is best for your body. I will complete hands-on adjustments to make sure you are comfortable in your postures and engaging in a safe way for your body.
As a certified and professionally trained yogi I love to share my knowledge of the practice with people.
