What is Hike Yoga SLC?

Explore the great outdoors of Salt Lake. Once a month we take a journey through the mountains (on snowshoes during the winter months) to a remote landscape. 

Enjoy majestic nature coupled with yoga, meditation, and breath-taking views. This unique experience is made for all levels of yogis and hikers. 

I’m a certified and highly trained yogi and accommodate sessions for beginner yogis all the way to elite athletes. 

 All ages and ability levels are welcome.

What to expect in a Hike Yoga SLC session

The hike is a total of 2 hours longs. This includes the hike round trip and 1 hour of Yoga. 

I curate a custom playlist to listen to as we hike to our yoga destination. Once we get to the location we begin a themed session depending on the hike that is planned for the month you attend. We end with meditation and enjoy nature as we hike back to where we began.

Small Group Yoga Sessions

Have you ever attended a yoga class where you felt over-looked, uninformed, or embarrassed?

I would love to help you correct that experience by offering small group sessions. In a small group session, you can engage with the practice without the chaos of a full classroom and the judgement of other attendees.

These occasions can be for couples, friends, or special events such as wedding parties, birthdays, etc,

Small Group Yoga

$ 65+25 per session
  • 1 hour sessions
  • $25 each additional person ($65 for the first person)

One on One Yoga

In a one-on-one session we will work with the type of yoga that is best for your body. I will complete hands-on adjustments to make sure you are comfortable in your postures and engaging in a safe way for your body. 

As a certified and professionally trained yogi I love to share my knowledge of the practice with people.

A one-on-one yoga experience is the best way to engage in a non-judgmental, hands-on, calm environment.

Whether you are coming to yoga for a kick ass workout or to find some mobility and peace, I have the practice for you. am honored to open my heart and my yoga space to teach more in-depth yoga for the mind, body, and spirit.

Pose/Technique Yoga

Looking to learn yoga but afraid to start in a large group setting? This hands-on personal training hour is designed to show basic yoga sequencing, poses, and customs of traditional yoga without the stress of other individuals.

Therapeutic Yoga

We all sustain injuries over our lifetime. Muscle memory and fascia tension can make those injuries last forever. An hour of therapy yoga includes myofascial release techniques and one on one instruction of yoga poses to help heal and renew the body.

Hot Yoga

Sweat and work for every inch of flexibility and strength with one hour of body weight exercises and yoga poses. The warmth of the body allows you to achieve deeper and more powerful poses and the temperature of the room releases toxins from the body.

Restorative Yoga

If the demands of life have you struggling to relax, sleep, or center your mind then restorative yoga is for you. This hour session is based on holding poses for 5-7 minutes and gently allowing gravity to reduce tension.

Weight Loss/Power Yoga

This yoga is meant to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Work up a sweat with this one-hour of physical and mental conditioning. Benefit from one on one instruction on poses as well as a tough workout.
